A house that needs work
You can sell without taking on repairs or renovations. I’ll evaluate the home in its current condition and factor the work it needs into my offer.

You don’t have to empty the house or live nearby to get started. I can discuss a purchase with you and coordinate access for a property visit.
Whether it’s occupied or vacant, I’m happy to consider your rental property and discuss the details with you.

Call, text, or email with the address and a little about the house. I’ll ask about its condition and your timing, then discuss arranging a visit.
I’ll evaluate the house as it is and explain the offer. You can review the price, what costs are covered, and the proposed closing date before deciding.
If you accept the offer, the purchase terms go into a written agreement. A closing attorney handles the title work and closing requirements. You won’t need to make repairs or remove unwanted items beyond what’s agreed.

No. I buy homes in their current condition. Take the belongings you want to keep; unwanted items can stay as agreed in the purchase terms.
I cover closing costs as outlined in the purchase agreement. A mortgage balance, unpaid taxes, liens, or other amounts you owe on the property may still need to be paid from the sale proceeds. You’ll be able to review the closing figures before you proceed.
Tell me the timing you have in mind. The closing date depends on the title work, any estate or other requirements, and the terms you and I agree to. I’ll discuss those details with you before you commit.
You’re welcome to ask questions first. Contacting me doesn’t obligate you to sell or accept an offer.
